Mike Bentley Gardens
Garden Design and Maintenance
About Mike Bentley Gardens
I have over thirty years' gardening experience. After gaining a degree in Botany at the University of Aberdeen I worked in the public sector before setting up my own gardening business. I went back to college and gained the Royal Horticultural Society's Level 2 Diploma in Horticulture, studying at Pershore College of Horticulture and at Birmingham Metropolitan College's study centre in Birmingham Botanical Gardens.
After getting positive feedback for small-scale design projects carried out as part of my general gardening business I decided to build on this aspect of the work and studied for a Diploma in Garden Design at Pershore College, gaining the Level 4 Pershore Diploma in Garden Design with distinction.
Whilst at college a design by myself and fellow student Geoff Prior was chosen by Warwickshire County Council for a new "wedding garden" at Warwick Shire Hall.
I am based in Worcester and work around Worcestershire and further afield.
I am licenced to transport trade waste and I am fully insured.
